How to grow taller and take your full growth during your teen age

Everyone knows that early to bed and early to rise make a man healthy, wealthy and wise. but the fact his sleep holds more than just that phrase. scientists have found that the growth hormone is secreted specifically when you are in deep sleep. to have enough growth hormone secreted to strengthen your bones and makes your growth possible, you need to have enough sleep and a correct sleeping habit.

When you have passed your age of a puberty, your pitutary glands start secreting a little of growth hormone every night when you are in deep sleep. With that, your overall growth and growing taller is adversely affected.

So in your teen ages, it’s very important for you to take the right amount of sleep dose every day in a systematic manner without playing with your sleep schedule anyway. A sound sleep and a complete dose of sleep even after your age of puberty assures healthy bones and healthy body for all your life to come.
